Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal, Returns and Refunds

Updated 19 June 2026, compliant with Italian Legislative Decree 209/2025 (Article 54-bis of the Consumer Code) and Articles 52-59 of the Consumer Code.

1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, without giving any reason.

The period runs from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods. If your order includes several goods delivered separately, the period runs from delivery of the last item.

How to exercise withdrawal

You can withdraw in any of the following ways:

using the withdrawal function available directly on the site ("Withdraw from your contract here"), filling in the required details and confirming your request;

sending any explicit statement of your decision to withdraw, including via the model withdrawal form provided by the Consumer Code;

writing to info@manisante.it.

Once you exercise withdrawal through the online function, we will promptly send you an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium (email), recording the date and time of your request.

2. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal (sealed goods)

Under Article 59(e) of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene or health protection, where they have been unsealed after delivery.

This exception covers cosmetics (creams, serums, sun care and personal care products in general) and fragrances.

For the purposes of this policy:

a cosmetic product is considered opened when the packaging containing it has been opened;

a fragrance is considered opened when the cap or seal of the bottle has been removed.

You may always handle and inspect the product to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, as you would in a physical shop. The exception applies only where the seal has been removed or the packaging opened.

The withdrawal function remains available for all products. Where an item is not eligible for withdrawal under this section, we will inform you and handle your request on a case-by-case basis.

3. Returning the goods

Once you have communicated your withdrawal, you must return the goods without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of the day on which you notified us of your decision. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before that period expires.

We ask you to return the products in their original packaging where possible. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging fit for transport.

You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. In such cases we may deduct an amount corresponding to that diminished value from your refund.

The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by you, except in the case of defective or damaged products (see section 5).

4. Refunds

If you withdraw, we will refund the price of the products and the delivery costs you paid to receive them, without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. If at the time of your order you chose a faster, more expensive delivery than our standard option, we will refund the amount corresponding to standard delivery. The cost of sending the products back to us remains your responsibility, except in the case of defective or damaged products.

The refund will be made using the same means of payment you used for the purchase, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise, and without you incurring any cost as a result of the refund. If you prefer, you may instead request a voucher of equivalent value to use on the site: this is an optional alternative that remains your choice.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earliest.

5. Defective or damaged products

If a product has a manufacturing defect or arrives damaged, we will cover the return shipping costs. In these cases we ask you to send a few photos of the product and packaging to info@manisante.it so we can arrange a replacement or refund quickly. This is without prejudice to your rights under the legal guarantee of conformity.

6. Replacement

On request, and where possible, we offer product replacement. Replacement is an additional commercial service and does not replace or limit your right of withdrawal or your right to a refund described above. To request it, write to info@manisante.it.
