Shipping policy

Manisante delivers throughout the European Union, United Kingdom, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Norway and Iceland via Poste Italiane / SDA.

Delivery time:

Shipments are made by SDA (Poste Italiane) courier. All orders are tracked to allow you to identify the status of the package at any time.

Italy
Delivery takes approximately 2/3 working days for orders placed from Monday to Friday before 12pm. For Sicily, Sardinia and Calabria the shipping times increase to 3/4 working days.

EU, UK, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Iceland
Delivery takes approximately 4/5 working days (except for customs formalities) for orders placed from Monday to Friday before 12pm.

In the event of an absent recipient, the service ensures two automatic delivery attempts. In case of non-delivery on the first attempt, the courier will leave a notice informing the recipient that a second delivery attempt will be made the next working day. In case of absence of the recipient even on the second attempt, a notice is left in the mailbox with the references of the post office where the recipient can collect his package in the next 10 working days, including Saturdays.

After 3 days of storage without indications from the Customer, the shipment will be sent to the sender.
